Personal data is processed for the purpose of entering into and fulfilling the terms of the employment contract agreed upon by the parties, as well as for reviewing applications for vacant positions at Alliance Altyn LLC.

I consent to the processing, in paper and/or electronic form, of the following personal data:

• Last name, first name, middle name
• Date and place of birth, gender, citizenship
• Passport details, residential address, date of registration
• Phone number, email address
• Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN/PIN)
• Education, professional development, specialized knowledge
• Occupation (specialty), description of professional experience
• Total work experience, information about previous employers
• Knowledge of foreign languages
• Marital status, family composition
• Photograph
• Health information relevant to the ability to perform job duties

The processing of personal data includes: collection, recording, organization, storage, clarification (updating, modification), retrieval, use, transfer (distribution, disclosure, access), anonymization, blocking, deletion, and destruction of personal data.

I consent to the transfer of my personal data to third parties in the following cases:

• To government agencies in cases provided for by the laws of the Kyrgyz Republic
• Affiliated companies of the “Alliance Altyn” group for the purpose of reviewing my application
• Insurance companies for the purpose of obtaining health insurance
• To banking institutions for the purpose of payroll processing

This consent is effective from the moment it is provided and remains in effect throughout the entire application review process; if employment is offered, it remains in effect for the entire duration of the employment contract and for 5 (five) years following its termination.

I may revoke this consent at any time by submitting a written request to the Human Resources Department of Alliance Altyn LLC. In the event of withdrawal of consent, the company shall cease processing personal data and destroy it within 30 days of receiving the withdrawal, except in cases where processing is required by law.

Alliance Altyn LLC undertakes to ensure the confidentiality of personal data and to prevent its disclosure without the consent of the data subject, except as provided by the laws of the Kyrgyz Republic.
