The Foundation's Activities
The Foundation has been working to promote the region’s development since 2016, creating the conditions for the well-being and sustainable future of the Talas Region.
Assistance for veterans, large families, and those eligible for benefits; charitable gifts; organizing recreational activities for children; and support for people with disabilities.
Support for schools, provision of drinking water to several villages, construction and major renovation of kindergartens in the villages of Kok-Tash and Kara-Oy, opening the “Nur & Datka” kindergarten in Talas, and renovating administrative buildings and local government facilities.
Renovation of hospitals and rural health clinics, procurement of medical equipment, support for 27 rural health posts and outpatient clinics, and mobile diagnostic services for women in the region. More than 56 projects have been implemented.
Provision of interest-free loans to small and medium-sized businesses, and support for business start-ups. More than 4,968 borrowers received support. Construction material production facilities, sewing workshops, bakeries, and a network of 7 fuel depots have been opened.
Support for farmers and livestock breeders, procurement of equipment, and development of agricultural processing. Projects have been implemented in dairy production, sheep farming, and seed production. The “Bay Organic” agricultural complex is currently under construction.
Supporting local sports teams and organizing cultural events and festivals. The “Esimde” Festival commemorating the 125th anniversary of Atay Ogombayev.
Development of tourism infrastructure and support for guesthouses. The REST POINT and the “Sanat” guesthouse have opened, the Nomad.kg portal has been launched, and the Talas Tourism Festival is held annually.
