How an idea becomes a project
Submit your idea using the form on our website—we’ll review your proposal, assess its potential, and help bring promising solutions to fruition.

Submitting an application
The author fills out a form on the website, providing a brief title, a description of the idea, the expected outcome, and the selected category. If necessary, they may attach calculations, diagrams, or a presentation. Registration is anonymous for external authors or requires the selection of a department for employees.

Primary classification
Within five business days, the innovation coordinator reviews the application for completeness, assigns it to the appropriate department, and designates a lead expert.

Technical Assessment
Experts in the field evaluate the idea based on the following criteria: technical feasibility, novelty, economic impact, implementation timeline, and risks. The review process takes up to fifteen business days. The author receives a detailed response.

Presentation to the Innovation Committee
Ideas that pass the expert review are presented at a meeting of the Innovation Committee. The author is invited to present their proposal. Based on the results, a decision is made to include the idea in the R&D portfolio, launch a pilot project, or reject it.

Piloting
For approved proposals, a working group is formed, resources are allocated, and success metrics are established. The author is brought on board as a consultant or contractor. The pilot phase lasts between one and six months, depending on the scale of the project.

Reproduction and Compensation
If the pilot project yields successful results, the solution is scaled up to the production line. The author receives a reward in accordance with the regulations on innovation initiatives, calculated based on the verified economic benefits.
