Employees of the Alliance Gold company, the World Bank, International procurement and contract management training in accordance with the rules of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) and the Asian Development Bank (ADB).
Over the course of 36 hours, the specialists studied international tender procedures, contract management, and the procurement principles of International Financial Institutions (IFIs), working with real-life case studies.
The training included two tests and the preparation of individual project presentations. At the end of the program, participants demonstrated a high level of understanding of the material. One hundred percent of participants achieved the best results.
Certificates were awarded to specialists who successfully met all the program’s requirements. Developing employees’ professional competencies is an important part of the company’s sustainable development and adherence to international transparency standards.
