Today, Alliance Altyn is celebrating its 11th anniversary. Over the years, the company has grown from a startup to one of the country’s key enterprises—a major taxpayer, a stable employer, and a reliable partner to the government.
Since 2015, Alliance Altyn LLC has contributed nearly 50 billion soms to the Kyrgyz budget. In the first few months of 2026 alone, this amount exceeded 9.5 billion soms. These funds go toward what matters to every Kyrgyz citizen: pension and benefit payments, road construction and maintenance, and the development of the education and healthcare systems.
A separate focus of our work is supporting the Talas Region. Through the “Alliance Altyn” Development Fund, the company systematically invests resources in the region’s social and economic stability. Since 2016, Alliance Altyn has transferred 1.35 billion soms to the Fund to support the Talas Region.
The Fund has financed 749 projects across the region totaling 698 million som. The Talas District led the way (138 initiatives totaling 141 million som), while the city of Talas received 130 million som. The Aitmatov and Bakai-Ata districts received 98 million som and 81 million som, respectively; the Manas district received 65 million som (59 projects); and the village of Shumkar-Uya received 31 million som (54 projects). Another 152 million soms went toward large-scale programs covering the entire region.
Investments were distributed across key sectors: social protection, education and school repairs, healthcare, culture and sports, as well as the development of the real economy, clean water, and road infrastructure upgrades.
Repayable loans issued by the Fund for the development of agriculture and small and medium-sized businesses have become an effective support tool. Through partner banking programs, nearly 5,000 people received preferential loans totaling 1.2 billion som. In addition, 33 local entrepreneurs received direct financial support—through direct financing from the “Alliance Altyn” Development Fund, they were allocated 189 million soms to launch and expand their businesses.
Today, over 1,000 people work at the “Jeruy” field. Including employees of 25 contracting organizations providing services and performing work on the production site, more than 2,000 people have been provided with jobs. Most of them are residents of the Talas Region. For them, this means a stable income, social security, and the opportunity to build a future without leaving their homeland.
Environmental responsibility is another priority for the company. Hundreds of millions of soms have been invested in environmental protection: in the conservation of water resources, air quality control, land reclamation, and the preservation of biodiversity in the mine area and the Talas Region. Production processes are accompanied by continuous environmental monitoring, and as part of the national “Jashyl Muras” program, the company participates annually in tree planting, contributing to the preservation of the natural balance for future generations.
Over 11 years of collaboration, Alliance Altyn has demonstrated in practice that a large industrial enterprise can be not only an efficient producer but also a responsible neighbor. Our goal remains unchanged—to operate transparently, develop thoughtfully, and make a tangible contribution to the sustainable development of Kyrgyzstan and the well-being of its citizens.
